Okay......she's in!! Now the waiting game begins. Turns out there's a couple of big shows that the boys need to attend while my ride is in the shop. So total time in, will be closer to 3 weeks to a month. After all the deliberation and thought, I've decided to just keep all body parts Brilliant Black. I couldn't come up with an idea for all the Satin Black, so I just decided to stay with what I know best.....glossy, shiny, and black!!!!
Patience is a virtue???? Yeah right!!!! Lol, patience is a pain in the ass!!!! Anyway, I knew they'd be busy, they've had shows for some of the top-shelf cars they've built, and getting ready for SEMA as well. But it's given me time to think about the paint scheme, and I think I'm gonna adjust it a bit....... Satin black on the MoPower chin spoiler. Satin black on the crosshair grille. Satin black on the roof only. And flat clear on the rear CF diffuser. Really likin' that idea a LOT. Will swing by their shop tomorrow and discuss in person, instead of text messaging, lol. Looks like I still have a couple weeks to wait to get her back!
Here's some updated shots for ya. Mainly work on the trunk. But there's a few of the holes being welded up and such. But all the "work" is done. Now she's just going in for paint on Monday & re-assemble throughout the week. The Goolsby boys have promised me a delivery date of Monday the 24th!! These pics give me hope, lol. No turning back now, lol. Keyhole & 3rd brake light are GONE!! Can't wait for the new Flashtec LED halo tails as well...... Now if I can just wait another week........................
