hahaha...hes probably with the "family" now

 

I lost over 75 pounds, took over 30 months to do ,about 2 pounds a month, 5 months later and have not gained back a single pound. Weigh 160 now, but I'm a leg short, see legmaker for details, hahaha....... all I did was stop over eating.

 

i droped 60lbs in 2 and a half months...and gained 40lbs back cause i like food to much hahahaha

 

I did that thousands of times too. If you really want to make it stick, just change the way you eat for the rest of your life, it comes off slow, but it does come off, and then it stays off, even if you overeat sometimes, just get back into eating your normal way, and in a week or so your back to your fighting weight. I never had a goal, and I was not trying to lose weight, I just stopped over eating. Still go to the DQ, but instead of the super sized mega peanut banana buster, just get a small dip cone, still get to McD's. get my fav burger, but eat only half and maybe 10 fries, over time it is filling and you feel full.

 

I would say eat more tacos.

 

i have changed...but i still just like food too much ahaha...one thing i did that was great was instead of chips adn stuff...i eat cut up veggies....i like it just as much...and i can eat basically as much as i want...

goin back on my diet now that the holidays are over...

 

ive GAINED 30 pounds in 3 weeks but that was because of certain "supplements"

 

bud, MGD, and JD arent considered "supplements" hahahahaha

 

it was quality muscle my friend. worst pains in my life that followed

Stay away from the highly androgenic compounds or you can soon say buh bye to those golden locks. I hear winstrol is good for girly-men lol.

you live and you learn brother. after much harassment from my gf, mom and my friends ive finally cleaned up my act and never been feelin better. i do remember the good old days of being a 220 pound meathead marine and going out picking up random skanky disease ridden hookers and spending all our hard earned money on booze, lap dances and certain other female interactions.

now im settled down, i have a beautiful momo to come home to:supergay: and swordfight :starwars:
