how fast

How r u doing everyone I have a restomod and have ran this car several time my question is how fast does a stock str8 run? Im talking top speed if anyone knows not what's on the gauage but all out run and can't go any faster

 

Back in 06 before any mods I was able to get up to 172. She had no more left. lol

 

I ran 178 & 182 (according to GPS and Traqmate) about 6 weeks ago (airport 13,500 ft runaway in central CA).. engine of my car is pretty much stock except for Diablo tune & Mopar cat back.. no power adders like many others here..

Pretty quick to about 140.. a little longer to about150 - 155 and then a slow roll to the top end.. basically above 150 my car is flying brick.. stayed well planted with no handling issues... just make sure to check your ties often...

 

Yup. Same here (170) and that was all she had.

 

not sure how fast i could have gone....... got pulled over at 145.........

 

I went 165 and it was still building. I think with a few more miles I would have hit 170 or more for sure.
