Wait for some of the all weather guys to chime in.

Only 97 today in Phoenix, cooling down.

I actually bought some Hankooks several months ago. Grip good, for a hard rubber tire, and at a decent price. Cost about 550 bucks to my door (free shipping, though).

They were a cheap alternative tire that I needed in a pinch, and I think it was a good choice.

Subscribed, I live in the Chicago burbs, winter is around the corner and this is my DD... My Toyo Proyes4's did a pretty good job last winter FWIW. They're shot now though, so in the same boat.

I put some Nitto 420's on mine and absolutely hate them. Do not like. Entirely too hard, especially coming from a set of baby-seal soft Vredesteins. The Nitto's are labeled as all-weather and I know they're good in the rain and excellent for mileage (50k warranty) but they are just the worst when it comes to losing traction from a dead-stop. Did I mention that I don't like the Nitto's?

I echo the Toyo Proxes 4's....had them about a year now and love them. I had Cooper Zeon Sport A/S before and they were ok. Both types were around $1K, installed and out the door. Good luck in your hunt
