    Mmmmmm. FatChance's sled.......
Yup. With a little help from you guys too!!
Yes. Yes it was. A lot can happen in 36 hours, lol. :)

Grille and wheels are spoken for. If nobody that PM'd me from this thread, buys them, I'll put up a "For Sale" thread. But based off recent reaction, the wheels and grille are "sold."

John's car use to be one of my fav 300's..TO ME, it's become a Christmas tree, still a nice car, just too much going on with it. I guess whomever wants to sponser or sell something hangs it on his car.

Chase...good job dude. The black roof and mirrors along with the new shoes, will really set it off. I can't wait to see it after the full "Chase" treatment.

When you pulled the side molding, did you use an eraser to remove the adhesive? Thinking about a complete de-badge and de-mold on mine...any suggestions?

Number 1, heat them up, they peel off easier.
Number 2, use fishing wire to get behind there and peel them off.
Number 3, a little WD-40, a microfiber, and a little elbow grease takes of the leftover glue.
Number 4, I went behind them with my buffer & some compound, then polish, then wax.

They were pretty dirty behind there, so it took some buffing & compound to make it right. But now, you can't tell they were ever there. No difference in the paint color whatsoever. Thanks pimp!! :)

AND YES STEVO......I GET THE HINT, LOL!!!! :D

I think i'm at a point where if i removed my side molding, the paint wouldn't match underneath. Car is an 06 and has seen it's fair share of Louisiana summer sun. I may remove them and see what happens. Worst case scenerio, i'de have to put them back on...no big deal.
I bought an eraser wheel to remove the adhesive, and 10 pound test in hand...hope to get some time this weekend to spend on my car.

De-molding was by far the easy part...at least on my car...the only thing that gave me trouble were my HEMI emblems...and all that means is that I had to clean off the 3m backing stuff off the side.

stevo, not sure if chase will be able to make up his mind which of his garage queens he will drive out their!! lol

i can see it now.... 300 was supposed to be the "daily driver"............... he will be starting a thread in a month looking for a magnum srt for his daily so both him and his wife have a good "utility" vehicle to haul around potential baby stuff..... when it reality, the 300 will be to pretty to drive and he won't want to get it dirty, or have any overheating issues with it....lol

chase - who luvs ya brother!!!! lol
