Well is bin a LOOOONG time since i bin on here so here is my build thread and what I have ran into. Enjoy and all comments welcome I finally have some time to get a build thread posted up. First of all I started my car life with Hondas, got a job at the local Dodge Chrysler Jeep GM dealership washing cars when I was 16. As time went on I was asking to get into the shop. Started with little stuff and the was offered to be sent to Chrysler school CAP program. Did 2 years of that Graduated top of class got all there awards and now a B tech doin what I love doing at 22. I started when the SRT4 was just comming out the first time I road tested one I said I HAD to have one. Had my owner looking for 2 years at auction for a low milage OB ACR. He called every week on wut he found but was never what I wanted. Till 2 months before I Graduated he found it 05 OB ACR with 13k was a chrysler buyback and a lemon law car. Got the car and notihg was wrong with it. To this day have had no problems. Here is my build and what I bin through. Thankx for checking it out enjoy DAY 1 Did fogs Yellow roller rear bumper 2008 memorial day meet 1st place a turbo dodge day LV 14.00 bracket racing Grill out, S eyelids, Front crossmember black New plate HVAC panel done flat black At this point i installed a NW DP with manula cut out tracked it and did 13.5 open DP. did little stuff from there AGP WG, AGP Catch Can, AGP upper hard pipe with Turbo xs bov, plugs, MSD wires, Injen intake painted black, AEM widebahn. Well was at the track and miss shifted 3rd and started to get a grind so i pulled my trans a found i chiped a tooth on 3rd gear and messed up the syncro. Installed ACT 6puck hondata IM gasket, new 3/4 gear , shift fork and sycro. Did a lil port job on my Man. also and Bought DSP, AGP trans mount and the wife bought me N2MB wotbox/2step The bad alll clean and new Decided while my trans was out to undercoat the whole undercarage befor after still more to come
Bought Mpx BFMIC, Mpx 3'' exhaust and traded the NW dp for stg 2 inj. decided to do somethin different with the front mount but it didnt last to long then i took the crosshairs out then i didnt like the SRT logo and took it off ALSO installed a Turbo XS dual stage BC and 8k HID's To be cont.......
with in all this time i took a couple awards at diff shows. 1st place LV dragway, top 50 at playland car show, 10 ten at OC car show in maryland. And the down fall. Was comming home from a manual trans class and lost all gears on the highway had to slam it into each to get home. pulled my trans thinking the pivot ball was bad and this is wut i found the input shaft twisted cracked in 12 placed and bent destroyed my new act clutch. The pivot ball was at a point no longer round. So i got another input shaft, shift fork pivot ball. sent the input shaft and shift fork to be cryo treatred as car sat with no trans another winter i cleaned the trans all nice nice then by accident i hit my clutch pedal and broke the rod that connects to the clutch master cyl. thank god i kinda know wut im doing hahahhah and was able to fix it and shit make it stornger also welded it back together The good i made mopar mag and my GF bout me a SB stg 3 clutch so i could finish the car and now here is how the car sits, drives good and ready for the next install PICS WILL EXPLAIN IT ALL And as you can see my GF 16g kit for her project beast we are doing 450hp im comming for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! will keep adding pics as time goes on still waiting for the fuel set up to be ordered my bank account said NOOOOO lol
Well My luck just keeps goin down hill>>>> durring the NYC midnight run my intake filter broke somehow(No name filter) and the metal that broke off sucked right into my turbo(stocker) and chewed up the comp. wheel. MY car sounds like it is supercharged due to all the fins not being true. Also it wont hold boost anymore.... Sceems like my Build thread is alll about DOWNS hahahha. On the better side I just got a Brand new OEM turbo,mani,wg setup from dodge lol and my D46 is still sitting. Since all i have is some pics form the past weekend and no build pics i guess ill post them up. In the pics is my dads new project 65 caddy and its not ur average caddy, it is still in the making but it is gunna be sick once we done. In the one pic you can kinda see the weld job i had to due where my exhaust cracked. I think it came out pretty good

Here is the pics of the install of my D46 awaiting tune from Nigel. For once its all going to plan........knock on wood This is what happened to my stocker when my intake broke In the pic my wife's VR4 motor DIY port job on AGP mani... nothin crazy just cleaned it up and smoothed it out
not bad,but i dont like the cross hairs cut out and im going the other way and putting the stocker on soon
why are you putting a stocker back on? I have a brand new stocker set up in the box for you if u need?
for a couple reasons im just not into it anymore and dont have time for it anymore really and wont have to worry as much for breaking stuff as much, i have a stocker setup already but how much for the turbo only cause i have a new manny already that i just got done porting myelf
i really dont want to get rid of just the turbo due to its all put together in the box still. Mopar will only sell them as a set so thats what I have
