ICE Box order ?

Just wanted to confirm an order I had made overthe phone in May for a custom Ice Box (09 SRT8 Challenger w a Kenne Bell).

I have called the shop three times and talked, a female answered the phone and said she would get back to me with a status but has failed to call me back each and every time.

I have emailed as well but it does not go through ?

Is my order still good ?, has your staff not followed through with my order ?

I know it takes a while with a custom part and that is no issue but I would like to know what my order status is and if you have even received it.
