just got tuner for '10 GC SRT....now need question answered

    hey guys,

    i just got my tuner for the jeep and before i install the tuner i want to get my new 180 degree Stat in the car. once thats in im going to tune it...

    now my question is....what tune is the best?

    i want raw power off the line and nice power from 60mph +

    let me know what you guys think

    Use the tune that matches your gas. 91octCAI or 93octCAI

    Right now with the heat I would use the 91 octane Perf tune and use 93 octane gas keeping KR down. You could always datalog each tune and see how each is doing and tweak them but without a wideband its tough to do. For the most out of it get with a REPUTABLE tuner and get a good CMR tune that is supported by a tuner who will tweak it after some datalogs are sent to them.

    just to be clear Dom .. KR stands for Knock Retard, not to be confused with Wade who is just a regular Retard ... lol

    Knock Retard is basically cylinder detonation that damages the motor .. KR is the degree of timing to take out of the motor to prevent that cylinder detonation
