Hey guys! I've spent the past few weeks gathering some footage and working on a new video for The Batram called, "The Dark Knight". This is the 4th and final one.....at least until a new Batman movie is released! There has previously been "The Batram", "The Batram Returns", "The Batram Begins" and now "Batram - The Dark Knight" lol all a bit of fun eh!!! I enjoy driving this truck (understatement) and also shooting this stuff. It's all done on a Canon FS100, good but far short of pro and then it takes me around 2-3 hours to edit it using the stock standard everyone has one Windows Movie Maker. Just goes to show that with a little time and some effort, even with the basic tools something can be created. Anyhow, I like this movie, since my first video it's safe to say I've slowly gotten better LOL. It's a longish one too, just over 7 minutes 30! Hope you enjoy it! I put a shout out to the SRT/C to name just a few. Cheers, Carlwalski The Batram http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BX70NbwN-I
I don't know if I've told you this before or not, but that has to be the most AWESOME truck ever!!! It is amazing to see all the custom work you put into it.:drool::drool:
Thanks brother! I am very pleased at how it has turned out. If only I were allowed to attach a mini Gatling gun to the rear tray, then I'd be even happier hahaha.
Like mentioned tons of times.....just the cleanest SRT10 in the world! Very tastefully done! BTW, whats done to the motor?
Wow, and i only thought i loved my vehicle...that had to take a ton oh hours to produce...kick ass vid man, big props to ya. The truck...well, it speaks for itself, amazing. One question, is the windshield really that dark, or was that a photoshop? From the inside looking out, it didn't even look tinted. Ever thought about a custom cluster? Nathan could prolly hook you up.
Thanks! Pretty much every bolt on (not including heads but I don't consider them a bolt on). Black 2,300F HPC coated Billy Boat long tube headers, Billy Boat catless mid pipes, full 3" Billy Boat exhaust system, DMH Dual Electric Performance cutouts, cold air induction system with catch can, Roe Racing crankcase breather, custom SCT XCalibrator 2 Tuned by Torrie @ Unleashed Performance, 170 t-stat, Roe Racing throttle body, JTS Venom Performance coil packs, MoPar Performance Oil Filter, NGK Iridium IX spark plugs and Quality Wires 1500F high performance wires. Estimated to be around 590-600hp, nothing wild but that was always the plan. I wanted a reliable street truck with no hassles and that's exactly what I got.
Thanks mate! The windshield is bone stock, no tints (my preference) it's dark enough as is on the road you can't see anything at all looking in. Most vehicles are like that, just with a small enclosed cab with the rear in 10% and the sides 20% it makes the overall appearance that much darker. Nope, no photoshop what so ever. Like the reverse light lens section on my tail lights not VHT coated, I wanted my windows dark but not rendered useless. I build my vehicles to drive and drive hard so blacking everything out to the point of being useless at night was not an option. You can't look cool at night crashing into a trolley behind you or lamp post due to poor visibility LOL. As for the custom cluster, looked at a few options but in the end kept the stock cluster for 2 reasons. It's already very unique due to it being in KPH and secondly, with all the subtle Bat emblems, that SRT/10 logo in the cluster is the only SRT/10 item remaining in the vehicle. Cheers!
