I don't think it looks very functional.
I can feel mine start to work around 100mph.

Being as that one is taped, on a hot day, it might not be there at 100mph  (but Chase was going to have it bolted I think?)

That's a good point though. The extra bucks are going to fill the stock holes, repaint, and...? bolt it? Can it be bolted?

I just believe the spoiler for the Charger is one of the most efficent.

Hmmm, that's a good point. I wonder if the factory spoiler is functional and how much? Somebody should have numbers on that right? how many poiunds of downforce at speed

The ride was pretty damn unnaturally smooth at 155. As in, it didn't feel like 155 until I looked at the speedo, swore and got my foot off the gas.

They didnt say details about it, but at Springfest (which you really need to attend next year so YOU can ask these questions) the SRT guys said that the charger spoiler is in fact functional and that "at high speeds" the car would not be stable if you removed the spoiler.

Now, they didnt say at what speed the wing kicked in, or any other info as someone else was discussing this with them, but they did in fact confirm that they are a functional aerodynamic piece.

That's a real consideration then. I don't believe any of the aftermarket spoilers are functional (and surely not one that's taped on). On the other hand, Chase doesn't drive very fast. :erm:

Seems like you made up your mind Chase, but what would it cost to get a used trunklid, repaint that and fit the spoiler?
That way you would still have the stock as well...
I kinda like both, stock spoiler is more aggressive, but I´m an European f*ck who sometimes think less is more and understatements rules!
Your car, your money, you have to decide.
