NOW with pictures! Ohlone College campus in Fremont from oh dark thirty I mean 7:30 until they let me outta there (thinking between 2 and 3 when the show ends). I'll be there with the club (CenCalLX) and Madeline will be in tow. Figure nice day to get out and take some photos and show Madeline what the cars look like in person. She's been flipping thru my Mopar mags, pointing at cars and hollering "Voom! Voom!" and shifting imaginary gears. Free admission and free spectator parking where you can find it, so feel free to come by and check it out if you have the time/inclination. -Tam P.S. Obviously I'll be posting pics when I get home and cooled off.
93 pics I took today, in spite of Madeline napping in the stroller or getting grumpy with me for stopping or trying to smuggle old Mopar parts home in the stroller. I got into an argument with her because she didn't understand why we didn't need a Fury AND a FuryII badge. So I'll be posting in a bit, just in the process of uploading.
Oh and someone managed to catch us before we bailed when it got too hot. You can tell Madeline did NOT want to leave.
I think Madeline has the bug now. Aside from trying to make off with a Fury badge, a Fury II badge, two Dart GT badges, she also loaded the following on the stroller as itemized by my friend who was there to sell or trade it: "hemi valley cover, numerous emblems, and the 67 Charger truck lock assembly that she thought was a microphone - the singing was a nice touch"
Thanks for posting up the pix Tam!! Sorry to see you leave before the awards. CenCal LX walked away with four awards, including most Club Members in Attendance, ($100 check). Ken
