I lubed up the swaybar links last week like crazy!! Pulled out the bushings and everything. But ever since I lowered my Jeep (with Eibach) and put on the swaybar links, my front end is SQUEAKING like a damn 85 Chevy celebrity!!! I mean it's bad. So bad, that it squeaks when you open my dang door just to get in. The Jeep is a headturner now, but when I drive by people, it sounds like a fuggin HOOOOPTIE!!!! What else in my suspension could be making this noise?? PLEASE HELP!!!! I can even hear it inside the cabin plain as day!!! :thanks:
what is it with you and your whips, Chase? sheesh.. Sorry man. Likely the spring bushings? Check top and bottom bushings. Probably need to make this a two person check? Good luck buddy.
How about just the seats? those springs got seats? you know, sort of molded to the top of the coil. If they're not in those right they'll squeak. it's not the wife screaming when you go airborn is it?
You need to loosen all the pivot points and retorque with the weight on the wheels. If not darn near everything creaks and groans. At least it did on my car. Les
Will look into all of the above. THANKS BOYS. I appreciate the help. And Dave, LMFAO dude.....she screams.....just not from my driving!!
