The team here at BT understands that times are hard for many people and we have always tried our best to understand and work with customers when it comes to payment options. We have offered Flex Pay for those spending over $200 in order that you could stretch your purchase out over 3 months. We never charged your credit card until we ship, its only a preauthorization. When it comes to those customers wanting to use Paypal we have never taken those funds up front, and have done things different than other companies. We asked you to let us know either by phone or by the comments section of our online order form that you would like to use Paypal and for us to send you a money request. The reason we have done this in the past is because, there are times that it can take up to a month, and sadly for some more, for us to ship your products. Most however do go out timely, but there are instances where we drop the ball. However, starting Monday, May 17, 2010 when you want to pay via Paypal you will be directed to the Paypal site to complete your transaction. We are saddened to have to do this, however over the past several months the team has produced products where customers have not paid. Like many of you, we have to watch our pennies and are dealing with issues related to the economy. We simply can not afford to offer the courtesy that we did before when it comes to our Paypal policy, because about 1/3 are not paying. I surely understand your situation and cannot understand the integrity of some people! There are TONS of things I'd like and I save and save UNTIL I know I can pay for what I'd like! But lucky for ME, my wife buys me things from you folks and that even means more to me!
