Staying in the same general area. Just moving into a house instead of the condo.

 

GL with the sale...I have one for sale here in Baton Rouge, La. Looks like you are asking 120ish per square...here it's around 105...mine is 2 Bed Room & 2-1/2 bath 1500sq/ft, asking 156k.

 

Yeah, it's actually 1254 square feet (works out to $114 per square), but the county has it wrong. We're listing what the county shows to avoid any conflicts with the sale, then if they find out it's bigger then they are just that much happier.

 

There's nothing in Utah

 

I went to Utah once .. best part of the trip was when I left! oohhhh!!! hahaha

 

Good people are in Utah...and you have the Utes, and the Jazz.
