We had to put our dog, Gracie, down today. This was the absolute hardest decision I/we had to make. Gracie has been our joy for just over 15 years. She was a Dalmatian/Boarder Collie mix. We love you and will miss greatly. R.I.P sweet puppy.
Wow. I'm sorry Ron, buddy. I can relate to how tough that is. I've lost a very dear pet in the past also. And I love our pets so much, I can imagine how you must feel. God bless your old pup, you'll see her again one day.......sorry bud.

Thank you, everyone. It has been a very difficult day. I am feeling a bit lost, to say the least. We first met Gracie when she was about 4 weeks old. She came to live with me shortly after Ron left for Korea in the spring of 1995. The first year of her life it was just her and I... We were practically inseparable during that year! She had (has) a very special soul!!
I feel your pain Ron..got a 15 yr old Miniature Schnauzer that is blind, deaf and walks in circles...when she can walk.....I have been telling the wife it is time but I keep saying "tomorrow"...
