You read that right. SRT Owners lose at least $5M each year by not using something they already paid $500 for and Chrysler wants you to use!. What thing is this?..... The SRT Track Driving Experience that was included in the purchase price of your SRT. Yes! If you look at the window sticker for your car, you will find in the “Standard Equipment†list for your SRT a line that Says “SRT Track Experience†(Mine was listed under Interior Features…go figure). The SRT Track experience entitles the owner to a full day of performance driving SRT vehicles at race tracks all over the country (breakfast & lunch included)! SRT owners fail to use more than 10,000 SRT Track Experiences EACH year. This means that in the last 4 years, 40,000 paid for Track Driving Experiences ($20,000,000!) were simply wasted! FIRST, SECOND, OR THIRD OWNERS>> ALL YOU NEED TO DO TO FIND OUT HOW YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR A DAY OF FLOGGING A CHRYSLER OWNED SRT VEHICLE IS CALL THE SRT TRACK EXPERIENCE FOLKS AT 1.800.998.1110. (Reviewing the info at www.drivesrt.com before you make the call would be a good idea). Most likely Christine or Kim will answer (real people who want to make it possible to use the SRT Track Experience associated with your VIN#). Give them your SRT VIN # & ask how you sign up for a Track Experience Day. If the VIN # for your vehicle has already been used to register you or a previous owner for a track day….GOOD! at least SOMEBODY used it! If your VIN# has not been used but is past its expiration date, ask for mercy, plead ignorance and ask if you can use it anyway….likely as not, you can! IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DRIVE A CHRYSLER PROVIDED SRT PLATFORM ON A HIGH SPEED TRACK, AT LEAST PASS IT TO SOMEONE WHO DOES! YOU CAN GIFT IT TO A FRIEND OR PASS IT TO THOSE OF US WHO LIKE TO DRIVE AT HIGH SPEED ON TRACKS USING CHRYSLER OWNED VEHICLES! (Ask Christine or Kim what you need to do & they will walk you through the simple process) IF YOU HAVE NO FRIENDS OR CAN'T BEAR TO GIVE YOUR SRT EXPERIENCE TO THE WILLING OR THE NEEDY, PM ME...I WILL BE GLAD TO TAKE IT OFF YOUR HANDS MYSELF (AND LIKELY COMPENSATE YOU SOMETHING FOR THE OPPORTUNITY!). How long are they good for after the purchase of the vehicle? I bought mine last March, can I still use it or did I fuck up and lose the opportunity??
I think you'll need to use it soon. First year or 18 months I think it was. I used mine just over a year after I bought my SRT. Well worth it and I'm sorry I didn't use it sooner. The Track Experience is AWESOME.

I have no use for it, but I can send you my VIN so you can claim my track experience... how do you want to compensate me? (obviously after you confirm you can get a track experience pass for it)
Used mine up in Dallas, August of 2008. Had a great time, but I wanted to drive the Viper around the road course...pussies:grin:
This IS a very sore subject for me!!! I bought my SRT as a dealer DEMO with 1,700 miles and I called about the TRACK experience and they Would NOT allow me to use it. I pleaded ~ begged and almost cried a little and those people treated me like CRAP! Very COLD, gave me other numbers to try and NO one was interested that I really wanted to use this ~ So MY car never got to use the TRACK Experience! (However, because it was a DEMO and sat so much... it was just OVER a year in service but NOT USED!)
On the bright side, you probably saved a lot more than the $500 compared to the people like me who paid a premium to get the car new off the truck. Anyone can still sign up for the SRT:TE, you just have to pay the $500 out of pocket instead of off the sticker.
When I bought mine you had a full 2 years (or more?) to use it or lose it. Then they went to 1 year after purchase. Good thing. It took me something like 6 months to discover that I even had that (nothing in the paper work and literature I got from the dealer) and then I had to wait over a year more for them to put Laguna Seca on the schedule.
