Hell yeah, I'm digging right on Friday...whenever it gets here.

I'm going to the gun range with some guys at work in the morning, then I'm going to start messing with the predator.....

Friday will be a good day!

I'll just play with it and hope for the best. I won't raise my rev limiter that high though.

So today is a good day....

Went shooting this morning, rented a Sig P220...fell in love. I think that or a P229 .40 will be my next firearm.....

Anyways, I get home and what is waiting for me??? MY PREDATOR!!!! YAY!!!

I've only had the time to install the canned 91 tune, but so far I can actually notice the difference. Pulls like a (bigger) freight train off the line now!! And I am pretty sure my exhaust note changed...and I like it!!

Tomorrow, hopefully, I'll be able to play with more of the parameters and have a dang ol' good time!!

Cool beans. There isn't going to be a whole lot more to do right off the bat. Try the raised shift points tomorrow. Then try logging stuff. You're going to be wanting to do that later.

Oh, hey, forgot. "Reset TCM adaptives" while you're in the transmission menu. That way you'll feel the shift difference right away since you've probably been driving it like an old lady so far.

Jeff did you get it from Diablo directly or through someone else? I'm going to be ordering one this week or maybe next...depends on when I get my taxes

I got it through RDP motorsports. They are have a special on them now. 289 plus shipping, which wasn't much. I paid 295 to my door.

And yes, Dave, I have been driving like a grandma. Just been testing the waters. I really need to get a 180* thermostat. I noticed it has been getting up to 203*...I'm sure it's not really a big deal...but I've been scanning the gauges a lot more lately.

No, not a big deal. That's where your stock t-stat is. And you're making a bit more hp so you're getting there. Raised shift points yet?

Well... actually the stock t-stat starts to open somewhere between 192* and 199* and is fully open somewhere around 216* - 220*. I think (I've forgotten) the low speeds kick on around 210 and the high speeds around 219? If I remember correctly, mine used to run at 193*, go up to around 206 with some spirited driving and shoot up to 220 if I ripped into a parking spot and just let it idle.

Ok...groovy. I never really paid much attention to it. It's just something I noticed after I put in the canned 91 tune.

Unfortunately, I don't have the car available during the day...my mom....(yes...mother...) drives it to school in the am and I work at night. I'm actually pretty tired of it. I'm going to make a trip up to SLC next month to get her car down here. Let her rack up miles on her own car....

Anyways...I'm going to play some more this weekend...
