Due to the upcoming birth of my first child, we will have a limited installation schedule for February, and I want to give you guys all the details so you know what we're up to. Our sales and customer service departments will not be impacted in any way. We will continue doing installs now through February 5th, but then will be on a brief break from install work until sometime in the beginning of March. I am due February 21, so would like to have all projects and installs wrapped up in advance, which is why we're not booking anything after February 5th. The shop will remain open (normal hours) and I will continue to work full-time until little Preston comes, and I will return to work just as soon as I am able. I found out there is wifi in the maternity ward at my hospital, too, hah! Hopefully I'll be back at the shop within a couple days, and while the shop will be physically closed while I am out, our phones will continue to be answered and the forums and customers will be supported fully. We will continue to be operational and just a click or call away! So, if you have anything you would like installed in the very near future, please let me know as soon as possible. We have only a couple days open between now and February 5th and want to take care of anything you need. If your needs are a bit farther off, we can get you scheduled for March or beyond. Also, we will be having our meet-n-greets quarterly this year, and the first one will be some time in late March. I'll get the dates set up for the year and post that in a separate thread, but hope to see lots of you then so you can meet Preston, too! Lisa, Don't push it too much, just relax and enjoy the first days with your new little life. It will be worth a bit of sacrifice from you and the customers to just take your time and heal up after the little dude shows up. man lisa...taking days off for a measly little child birth? haha i agree with Mains...RELAX for a bit...i know your miss 24/7 (mostly cause I harass you at all hours of the night) but just take some time...relax...hang out...let the hubby do everything...thats the way its supposta be LOL....
I second that! Take your time and relax a bit, settle in, you all have a lot of new stuff to get used to, the three of you... Communication is brilliant! Now can you get Kris to make out that quote for me please, before lil Preston arrives that would be good, as I´m coming to Miami shortly after... Fredrik
Thanks, everyone! Hopefully I'll be as ambitious as I think I'll be, LOL. We'll see how it goes; I just want to be sure things are taken care of for you all through the shop, so I'll do my best to do what I need with little Preston and also keep things running here without too much down time.
