I have seen it before but it still impresses me.

The Ultimate Aero by Shelby Super Cars (NOT Carrol Shelby). They are in Las Vegas.

The car has the Guiness Speed Record of 255.8 mph.

I saw this car again on "World's Most Expensive Rides" on HDTV (This show is flat cool.).
The salesman said the car can get 30 mpg on its 32 gallon tank. But if you run it flat out....that 32 gallon tank only lasts 7.5 minutes.
That is at 1,287HP/1,112TQ.

IIRC, they've built two......and sold none.

 

THey are going to build 25.... we'll see. The price is almost $600k. But, the ONE that sold (Ser # 01) at BJ only sold for $189,000. lol :whistle:

BJ is more promo than anything.
