haha I can see Uncle Glenn going for a midnight skinny dip running from his door to the pool and dives in... All while Hal and Cindy are entertaining guests. bwahahahaha I am sure you guys will get this steal of a house.
Go Hal! That's a friggin palace. Damn garage has more footage than my 3 bdr house. Cindy said to tell you "no getting in the pool until you wash the car grease off yourself"

damn nice hal!!! kinda reminds me of my fathers place in peoria. he has that same type of lay out with the pool and guest house in the back yard. although he turned his guest house into a huge game room with pool table and sweet bar!!! lol
Damn Hal. That's a sweet place! As Dave said, the guest house is almost as big as my townhouse. Are you guys buying or renting? Drew, Jason, Ryan, and I will be staying in the guest house next summer. Cindy already said it was o.k.. We promise we won't pee in the pool.....much! LOL
It was stated as 30X45. You could get 9 cars in there. They only listed it as a 4 car. Whatever it is, it's big enough. The cabinets on the left are over 6' tall. The inside seems to be 13 to 14 feet on the walls and the ceiling is round up in the center and and could be 15 ' ore taller. The whole interior is finiished and painted gloss white. It even have air and heat, washer drier hookup and a deepsink. Thanks everyone. Should know in the morning if the excepted the offer.

Escrow opens today. Should take possession and close escrow on the 18th. We will be gone to Sacramento/Placerville from the 11th to the 17th, which will work out perfectly.
