I went down to SHR this weekend for the first time, Eddie took his time off on the weekend to meet me there so I could drop off my vehicle. First impression was a straight forward guy willing to help out, clean and organized shop. Tons of built NAG1's laying around....... He is doing a Kenne Bell install this week for me on my Challenger SRT, if all goes well I will pick it up on saturday. Maybe he will post up some pics.....
I've meet Eddie and his wife and even their two kids...Wonderful people with the right mind set for success. Customer driven, and appreciated. Eddie's background, experience and mind blowing projects to date, tell me he knows a lil something about the late model hemi and the platform at hand. Your upgrade is complex, but it isn't all that complicated in comparison to what SHR has already accomplished. Look forward to the end result, should be a bad ass ride. Just like all the other cars Eddie has done. (Post some pics Eddie)
I bet you are freaking pumped about getting your car back...I know I would be!! Early congrats brother!! - Rick
Some pics as of yesterday taken by Muellge (Thanks Bro) Link to pics that can be enlarged..http://srtconnection.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17029&page=2
Front bracket and belt are on... They've got a family funeral to attend tomorrow, but I'd say you're soon to be driving in that thing.
He's picking it up Saturday I believe. Had a hiccup in the KB tune that had to be sorted out. All is well now
Saturday it is, looks like all is well now, there was an issue with the fuel delivery/AF mixture. SHR worked with KB going back and forth with data logs ect and worked it out....... I will post an update next week after I test it out a bit.... Looks like its pushing right at 500hp at the wheel on a stock 6.1 with headers, Im happy.......
What happened to the cool ass video days of SHR???? Congrats, i'm sure you're stoked, enjoy the new power man.
Buy stock in your tire company of choice. It could help recover some of the money you are about to shell out every 3k or so
Thanks... I would like to Thank the entire SHR Crew for a job well done, they jumped through hoops to get things done according to my limited time line for when I could meet up with them ect. They met all my needs as far as playing the middle man with KB over a few weeks to make it happen. I have been driving around for about a week and she runs great......
