Now that im thinking about it...i feel like there should be a difference between "bad guy" and "villain...but im not sure what the difference is... for instance...i wouldnt classify the chick from the excorsist as a "villain" but shes not "good" by anymeans haha... any help?

One of my all time favorite villans is the Nurse in ONE FLU OVER THE COOKOO,S NEST. I think she did a great job. I still dislike her.
