Dam...dont you guys read your manual??..see below copied from the SRT8 owners manual....that is the book in your glove dept......one thing I like about the Viper truck & car..no ESP...just "sideways"..LOL Full Off This mode is intended for off-highway or off-road use only and should not be used on any public roadways. This mode is entered by depressing and holding the “ESP Control Switch†for 5 seconds when the vehicle is stopped and the engine is running. In this mode, all ESP and TCS stability features are turned off. After 5 seconds, a chime will sound, the ESP/TCS Indicator Light will illuminate, and the ESP OFF message will appear in the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC). Refer to “Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC)†in Section 4 of this manual. To turn ESP on again, momentarily depress the ESP Control Switch. This will restore the normal “ESP On†mode of operation. NOTE: The ESPOFF, or “ESP System Deactivated†message — if equipped will display and the audible chime will resound when the gear selector is placed into the PARK position from any position other than PARK, and then moved out of the PARK position. This will occur even if the message was previously cleared. ..
Buwahahahahaha. <--- he read the user's manual! :rofl2: wait a minute... it gets better ... he has a TRUCK and he read the SRT8 user's manual :rofl2:
Still a Charger boy at heart, huh Larry? :tooth: Oh and does this mean we're supposed to "off-road" our LXes? :dumb:
Larry owned a CHSRT-8 before he owned his Night Runner SRT-10. Larry, I've read my manual also...i read instruction before installing parts, i go through the SM before entering into a project, then get online and research it some more. Wouldn't have it any other way.
I have owned both a RT and SRT Charger in the past... I will own another Charger in the near future....will keep the truck though.. You can download or order a hard copy owner's manual at the Dodge site... http://www.dodge.com/en/owners/manuals/index.html You know me well buddy...
And I don't know that? lol, just messing with you Larry. I never read the user's manual. I did read the service manual though.
