Dam...dont you guys read your manual??..see below copied from the SRT8 owners manual....that is the book in your glove dept......one thing I like about the Viper truck & car..no ESP...just "sideways"..LOL

    Full Off
This mode is intended for off-highway or off-road use
only and should not be used on any public roadways.
This mode is entered by depressing and holding the
“ESP Control Switchâ€￾ for 5 seconds when the vehicle
is stopped and the engine is running. In this mode, all
ESP and TCS stability features are turned off. After 5
seconds, a chime will sound, the ESP/TCS Indicator
Light will illuminate, and the ESP OFF message will
appear in the Electronic Vehicle Information Center
(EVIC). Refer to “Electronic Vehicle Information Center
(EVIC)â€￾ in Section 4 of this manual. To turn ESP on
again, momentarily depress the ESP Control Switch.
This will restore the normal “ESP Onâ€￾ mode of
    operation.
NOTE: The ESPOFF, or “ESP System Deactivatedâ€￾
message — if equipped will display and the audible
chime will resound when the gear selector is placed into
the PARK position from any position other than PARK,
and then moved out of the PARK position. This will
occur even if the message was previously cleared.

Larry owned a CHSRT-8 before he owned his Night Runner SRT-10.

Larry, I've read my manual also...i read instruction before installing parts, i go through the SM before entering into a project, then get online and research it some more. Wouldn't have it any other way.
