Forward, loosen the mounting bolts to the hood on the hinge and slide forward. I suggest you either outline the hinge with tape or a marker so if it slips a bunch, you can reset it without a ton of hassle.
Awesome thanks. I replaced my hood struts recently and it seems like they're pushing the hood further towards the rear... leaving a bigger gap at the front.
