where you just wish you had stayed in bed just a little bit longer. I know I have...and TODAY is one of those days. If I had only hit the snooze button, like I had planned. I would not have stopped at Walmart this morning. If I didn't stop at Walmart this morning I would NOT have to replace my driver-side mirror...and try to buff the living daylights out of my fender, drivers side door, and passenger door. :censored:...why didn't I hit snooze?!?!?!
Don't know, I could speculate...but what's the point. It is what it is. Oh I'm not! I was pissed...not so much now. The rain we are getting today washed away most all of the scuffs and paint. The scratches don't look too bad...not down to the paint anyway. I originally called my insurance company, but have since called them to cancel the claim. I think the only real damage it to the mirror. And I can replace it for like $40 on Ebay. Yeah the paint won't be perfect, but it looks like it should be good enough after a REAL GOOD buffing. So all in all, it's not too bad...it could be worse!
That sucks Jason, but yea, my day is going shitty as well... Three shipping issues with three seperate carriers... WTF? 1) FedEx did not deliver two CPU's to my guys in Denver, rather they kept the package in Memphis. WTF??? These were shipped out of SoCal 2) The UPS driver did not pick up the package at my local UPS Store (heading to Denver. Same install) yesterday. I paid $65 for early a.m. delivery today. 3) Printers and Trip Lites (Battery Backup) did not leave Grainger yesterday (also going to Denver). WTF??? Well, at least everything will be delivered tomorrow morning free of charge. haha
do you get the impression that shipping companies are just not trying...and not even "its xmas and its hectic"....its all the time... and god forbid you use the post office for a package...just bend over lol
First of all sorry for laughing...but :rofl::rofl::rofl: Seriously WTF?!?!?!? Shipping from California to Colorado via Tennesse...I guess they are taking the Federal part VERY seriously, in that they are trying to do business like the government.
I think EVERY Fedex package is routed through Memphis. Even if you Fedexed it to your neighbor 12 feet across the street. (maybe they're doing some local routing now)
Hmmmm, yesterday wasn't so bad for me... but todays a "doosy"... Freezing rain and lots of ice... hoping the power doesn't go out! It's a mess outside!
