Got a text and called Dave this morning. He got hit my a drunk driver last night. Rolled the Jeep. Sorry to hear it bro. Everyone walked away from it. Father in law got the worst of it with 3 broken ribs. Dave..... I know you've put yo heart and soul into that thing and loved it. Like I said.... GET A LAWYER! You wanna cover all the X's and O's and make sure the kids insurance company doesn't try to screw you. George.... Dave wants to talk to you so if you still have his email addy..... please email him or call him. You're the only lawyer we know online. Dave is in need for some guidance. I've done all I can for him.

Keep a lookout guys for a new Jeep for Dave. He's definitely getting another one. He's gonna need a used one. If you guys see any at any dealers, give him a PM. I've said this before and I'll say it again...... the Jeep GC is one tough cookie. I've seen a few of them rolled on the web and they're usually always in tact in a box. Makes me feel pretty safe that he rolled it 3-5 times last night and walked out of it with only minor injuries! Let's all say a little prayer for Dave, Stacey, and Stacey's parents. Sucks you're on yor way home from a movie 1/2 mile from your exit and some drunk 20 year old in his BMW daddy bought him slams ya. Crap like this PISSES me off! I don't like getting woken up on a Sunday morning to a text like that. Good thing is that little focker is in jail right now! Good luck Dave..... we're all thinking of you guys!

He's gonna get some pics later when he goes to get some stuff out of it later.

Yeah that's true. The little bastard was cookin' too. Dave saw him coming up on him and tried to turn at the last minute. Some lady had the audacity to tell him calm and and that things happen. I'd be like..... bitch, shut the hell up! Did you just SEE what just happened? The Jeep can definitely be replaced. Humans can't. Glad everyone walked away. Just goes to show how good the things are built. Everyone I've seen rolled in a nice box still intact.

Luckily he lives in Orlando and there's no shortage of GOOD lawyers there. Hopefully he'll find one. Don't know if he'll be able to get any money out of it but at least he can get a good value for the Jeep and all medical expenses paid. I'd hate for him to get screwed and not be able to get another Jeep b/c they didn't give him enough $$. We shall wait and see. He loves that damn thing too. I feel pretty bad for him. I know he's hurting both ways.

Wow. Dont know the guy, but I hate drunk drivers with a passion. I've had to deal with them on both a professional and personal level. Glad to hear that everyone is ok. I can tell ya that the cracked ribs will be sore for some time, but it could've been sooo much worse!

Hopefully the little shit's insurance covers this. Many companies have small print that releases them from damages if the were caused by DUI, speed contest, wreckless, etc... If they dump him, then it's gonna get $$$ really quick b/c you'll be going after him (and his family/estate).

Good luck to all involved and glad to see he's getting another SRT8!!!

Can someone host/link the pics here? Dont wanna register for ANOTHER forum lol..

OMG, I hate that for him, but surely glad their injuries weren't worse! What's really bad is, the insurance company will NOT give what his jeep was worth and he'll have a tough time replacing. Wishing them all good luck.
