Last night I was headed to work-out...this Caliber SRT4 floors it from a light I honestly pay him no attention given the conditions Then all the sudden he nearly swerves into me then back into his lane. Thinking WTF I speed up (maybe 1/2 throttle to his near full I bet) and he cuts me off and slams on his breaks I honk and he flicks me off Followed him all the way to the gym (maybe 10 minutes) trying to get him to "talk" to me but he was just running scared. Not sure what the hell he was thinking... Southwest Arlington, TX Green Oaks and I-20...if your on this forum (or any other) and think your Caliber is fast put your money where your stupid mouth is and stop trying to run me off the road Sorry for the rant just pisses me off that another SRT owner would do that to another SRT. Don't care what model SRT it is have some RESPECT
damn fu*k tards making the csrt community look bad. Whenever i see a fellow srt'er i always chunk the deuce and have respect for both of our rides for we are truly a special gang. sorry this douche cut ya off mang.
That sucks! I usually just get ignored by other SRT owners. Lots of ladies on cell phones in 300 SRTs around here. The guys in the SRT4s are cool though, revving the turbo or saying hello. But yeah, any driver I see like that I give a ton of space. They can go off and be crazy some place else.
x2. the problem were facing with the csrt's is that dodge dumped the price on em and with cash 4 clunkers alot got picked up by "ricer boys" instead of true car lovers that have a respect and understanding of turbo cars and performance vehicles.
The man speaks the truth...what a shame. I hate it when other people act like retards in there "performance" cars. It give the rest of us a bad name.
i'd like to think that but around here its not how it usually works the problem with where we live tam is...people just buy the most expensive car of whatever car they want...not knowing or caring about it at all... so i see a 300srt all the time a couple of jeeps...even a TorRed SRT8 Charger....but in my entire time having my car...i have gotten a return wave or honk ONE time... and its not like my car is..uh...inconspicuous.... if you cant see it...you can CERTAINLY hear it.... its annoying when people dont have at least a TINY appreciation for what they are driving...especilaly when its a specialty vehicle.
There is always one in everykind of car.................I try to show nothing but props to a fellow SRT owner............may give a little rev.........but nothing like a race or road rage............Give the rev cause I know my 4 banger will never sound like that nice 6.1 or v-10............
