Pictures speak louder then words. This SRT-10 was soooooooo dirty and covered in cobwebs. Horrible waste.
Ugh...someone needs a whoopin. Whether its the people who took the wheels or the people who neglected it long enough for that to happen.
How do you explain that? Somebody took the wheels and the plates and put the dealer plate frame back on it??? It was going to be repo'd and the owner dumped it across town? What's the scoop?
I think (or thought) that it was a used car lot....but it's actually a parking lot at an empty office building. (halfway between the 101 and the 118 on vineyard for the locals)
Ok... Wheels might have left any time. Maybe whoever left the truck there took the wheels with them. Maybe they were stolen by someone else after the truck was left there. Whoever left the truck there might have taken the plates with them. ...but who would have removed a plate and then put the dealer's plate frame back on? Strap on plates might explain that. Dealer tags with the little spring attachers. Maybe bogus plates attached the same way. Hey, give Oxnard Lexus a call and see if they're missing a red truck
give me the addy. i'm gonna put a 48hr tag on it then hae it towed, then buy it for $2K when it goes to auction. i wonder if vcsd will be mad if i put an lasd tag on it????
i will adopt it and give it lots of TLC, tires and wheels, lube, cleaning.... and MODS! It blows me away to think some dropped 50g on that back in the day and look at where it is now....
I took these pictures about five days ago. That truck has been there since I moved up here in January. It was being moved around the parking clot for a while, but while I was deployed, this happened.
