I just got from having my car tuned by Johan at Diabloport. I've been putting it off waiting for the new engine, but I decided to see what I could do on the stock block. I do have the Mondello heads, but I still have the stock cam in it.

I set it up for a 250 shot. First couple of runs were very rich. Finally got the a/f to about 10:1. I know that is still rich, but I wanted to be conservative. Plus, I was pretty happy with the 598 number. I was hoping to his 600. We leaned it down just a little but the temps were up by that point and it made 595. Torque was around 610.

I'll post the sheets when Johan sends them to me.

I have to give huge props to Johan. He really takes it time and makes sure the tune is right.

I know but it was more fun having a creative way to tell you to go f yourself.

Actually, I am a little anxious to get the dyno sheets. I didn't have a chance to take a good look at them. I was just checking the peak number hoping to touch that 600 mark.

So, you want to hit the track this Friday?
