I contacted Scott via PM last Sunday about getting a shift knob for my SRT-4. To keep it short... he got back to me quickly and had one that I wanted in stock. Being in Florida, I told him I really needed it to get to me by atleast Friday the latest since I have an event that weekend (this past one) and wanted to show it off. Scott, promised it would get here by Friday and it did!

Friday came around and this is what awaited me:

I installed it and WOW what a difference it made to the overall interior of my car. I absolutely love this shift knob over the stock one!

Now my wife wants one as well for her SRT-4 but a custom one so I will be getting with you Scott sometime soon about that.

Thanks again for everything and look forward to doing more business with BT!

Yea, it's hard to appreciate it in the bag

Haha, just reading the instructions, "SRT4 just forcibly pull up and ...". What happens when you guys are shifting and go airborn or over a whoop-t-doo or something like that. You liable to end up with the stock shift knob in your hand and not connected to anything? They didn't put a set screw or anything on those?

The stock shift knob is just pressed in. It actually has a notch on the shifter arm and a slight angled tab inside the stock shift knob that clips it in place. I've never had it come off the shifter but I've heard of others throwing it right out the back side windows or throwing it on the back seat or smacking the back windshield with it lol. Over time they wear down, I always checked mine and just smacked it back down.

I don't have to worry about that now with the BT one. The set screw is definately holding this knob in place, no play what-so-ever, its great!
