And why it needs patience to install....

Right elbow and plate....note around the tube is where the fenderwell needs to be cut....this needs to be done with an pneumatic body saw or plasma cutter.....if this is not done the upper tube will not fit properly.

The left plate and elbow fit right in place.....both plates and elbows need to be bolted in place with the SS hardware supplied.

here is with the Air filters mounted on the tubes and the corners of the bumper support trimmed.

And he upper tubes in place....this is the pay off....everything lines up .

I will take a better picture when the sun is out.....but for now it's all I got.

    Cam,

How much does the system weigh? How much extra would you charge to fab an aluminum setup?

The shipping weight is 24 lbs. I bet the system installed is a rock solid 22lbs. And I make it out of carbon steel for a reason. So there is no option for aluminum Jeff. Also I think the average 20hp / 20tq gain kinda negates the weight.

Plus you lose about 8 lbs in fluids with the removal of the washer bottle right?

The amount of work is why I get $400 to install it.

i don't recal you complaining when you........ oops, wrong section....

i can easily see why!!! shit, 4 bills is a deal for someone considering i know what it takes to pull off the nose, take things apart, do the needed cutting, fitment, etc. you got some serious time and effort invested to install this!! :worthy:

Ah, I'm cool with whats going on. It's a good time working with these guys finding out what they want and making everyone of them a little different. I just wish we'd get SOME OTHER COLOR SELECTIONS
