i just could not find anything that was aggresive enough for my magnum so i decided to make my own. i should have it ready for sema. but there is still alot of work to go. if there is enough interest i might make a couple of these hoods around mid december-early january.
where did you get the "cowl" part??? how do you plan on bonding the two?? i assume you are going to use your stock hood and add the raised cowl to it??? what would go underneath the cowl, especially when you view it from inside the car? i know....i know.....tons of questions!! lol very nice ralph!!
the cowl is from harwood. i have a non-metal hood that i am going to mold it to and then make a mold of it and make new ones out of fiberglass. i am not using the stock hood. the bottom is going to be open to let the heat out (and i might be needing a little more hood clearence soon, hum). i am going to add a small lip to the back of the cowl to brace it. but you will be able to see the top of the motor from the back of the hood. yes, that was alot of questions. hahaha

I would love to be able to make my own shit like that lol.... i'd love to see an OEM looking charger SRT hood with a slight 2" cowl to it...HAWT!
If I didn't know what you were going to do paint wise...I'd say keep the blue stripes under the scoop! Lol. If you're still going to do like you planned... that is going to look sweet with that scoop.
