Based on recommendation from Whipple next step is to port the whipple as much as we can and add a second water pump to the really large heat exchanger. We will have to change the pulley system after we get some running time and a direction/solution for that as well.

Last week we dropped the motor, removed the supercharger, removed both heads, reinstalled them on the proper sides, installed the headers and put it all back in the car. We also put the valve covers back on and re-connected the wiring harness and are working on all the fuel system, and everything that had to be removed for the head swap.

I know you wanted to see some pics of the pistons, and short block, Jim, so I snapped some during the process. :)

We're working to get the whole rest of the engine bay all connected up and should have the new driveshaft and be ready to roll very soon!!

The motor was shipped as a complete PPP Built Motor to us, unfortunately PPP installed the heads on the wrong sides...so we had to disasseble and reverse them to the correct sides.

The header bolts would not line up. I cannot wait to see what you come up with for a show quality CAI on this project.!!!
