ACR = American Club Racing I think its mostly handling and some appearance improvements right? Similar to the viper...maybe some better tuning on the engine?
Gotcha, I know the ACR Viper has the fastest Nurburgring lap time, I just couldn't remember what it stood for. Thanks Stevo!! Also, wasn't aware they made parts for the SRT-4's!!!
ACR COMES WITH superlight sixteen-inch BBS wheels and 225/45ZR-16 BFGoodrich KDW2 tires,Five-way adjustable Tokico dampers, rear tension strut, larger front antiroll bar, spare tire and wheel, viper inspired seats. mine did not come with the seats as it is very rare with the SRS airbag seats.
if you didnt buy it brand new then the previous owner swapped the seats before selling, the ACR seats have the inserts for harnesses which the srt with the inspired seats lacked, i was begging another ACR owner to trade my full uposterded seats for the plain jane ACR seats, CBD started making inserts so i bought a set. oh and the acr came with a 19mm rear sway bar, 2mm bigger then the orginal 17mm rear, the strut pearch is a few mm lower then the regular srt ones which makes it sit lower at stock height. the stock front sway should be the same 24mm, the PT/GT has a 26mm that fits ours and is very cheap to buy around 45$
mine is a real acr with airbag seats. there were only a few made like this. it sux but at least i got the car.
Nice pictures of the neon. I really like the sunset pict. Those rims aren't that light. 19lbs each for a 16x7 as opposed to 21 lbs each of the 17x6 stock wagon wheels. Spare tire and wheel? It came with another BBS with tread? Does your car have the kicker livin loud sound system?
