Well here I go again? I got a new set of rims. This is the 4 set or should I say change of rims. I of course started with the stock rims, then black powder coated them. Sold them the stock rims that were powder coated to some one in Canada because I was able to get a set of black chrome rims not OEM but they looked like MSRT rims without the SRT on them for a real cheap price. Well I was not happy with the non-OEM rims so I got a set of Challenger SRT8 Rims and did some changes. Basically I painted the inserts of the BB to match my car. So here are picture of the rim changes that have took place since I have had my car: Stock Flat Black Stock rims: Non OEM Black Chrome: OEM Challanger OEM Rims: So that is the story I do really miss the black chrome they got alot of looks for sure. But to me you can't beat the OEM rims and I do really like the Challenger rims. Well At this stage lol.
Nice choice in the Challenger rims. I like those! (tune in next month to see what rims Claude has on his car ) by the way, that first pic is fantastic. Setting, effects, lighting and everything.
The black chrome rims had plane black chrome center caps so I went to a vinyl shop that made them from me. SRT in silver and the 8 in red. Yes the tire shop loves me because I get the rims and tires road forced balanced every time lol. I have been wanting the challenger rims or a while but the prices were just to high! But there is a guy on challenger talk selling sets cheap! I paid $1250 for rims and tires with less than 15 miles on them. Paint cost $500. So I sold the stock tires and can out of pocket $100. So the price was right to make this change. I had the rims painted BB to match the car looks real good in the sun and wanted to be alittle different since guys that are doing this mod are painting them flat black. Anyway thanks guys.

I loved them too but had to make a change. I think I am good for now. Untill a OEM 22 in rims comes out that fits our cars lol.
VERY NICE!! I have been lookin at all sorts of rims, to many to choose from, but i like the viper wheels, srt10 type wheels, old style cragers........ahhhh my head hurts!! :/
