It's no. DS has never turned off the rear O2's by default. It's an option in modify parameters and I think I've heard that the option may have been removed in recent releases (you have to get a CMR tune or have DS send you a tweaked one?).
Have you tried just putting your stock tune back in? Put your stock tune back in, turn the key forward (not on) , watch the CEL if it starts blinking 10 times after 10 seconds your are NOT in ready status and will fail. I think if you just put in the 93 tune you need more key cycles as mentioned in order to get into READY status
I had the stock tune in when I changed the battery. Maybe I will go bring it back to stock and see about the CEL

I just updated my Predator and the option is still there... I have cycled the car a number of times (still not 40) Crap....I have meetings till 4 tomorrow...are you guys in on Saturdays? I can probably bring it whenever on sat
If I get some time next week....i will bring it up...probably not gonna happen next week though.... Hopefully it works itself out...but if it doesnt i will be stoping by :friends:

That's good news! The anti-foulers did it? (I was going to suggest that you tell the guy it's a leased car and you modded the crap out of it and he would have given you the stamp out of sympathy... )
I just had mine inspected here (fully legit) and the 93 CAI tune did not create any problems whatsoever.
