BUHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!. Ya right Ronny. Holy shit, had I ever acted like that my ole man would have beat my fucking ass. And had I ever turned on him with a bat, that fucking redneck would have beat me like a man. The same exact thing I'd do to my kid if ever acted that way.

BTW, the folks gots some coooooooool toys!!.

I concur, my dad did not buy me a car but if he did and I reacted that way he would have taken the bat from me and put me in the hospital cracking open my skull with the bat. I bought my first car when I was 16 and paid $500 of my hard earned money for a 72 VW Beetle and I was happy to have the car.

The parents do have some sweet rides in there driveway though. Probably why the spoiled kid reacted the way he did, he thought he was going to get a similar vehicle as his parents had in the driveway/garage.

I respect his parents for not giving him a brand new truck and trying to instill some values in him. You even hear his mon say you can get a job and fix the truck up, etc...for the son to react that way is just plain disrespectful. What is wrong with the youth of today...not willing to go work for something, just sit back and play video games and expect life to be handed to them.

You see how the parents react to his tantrum, that's the reason he's like that in the first place.

That truck actually looks pretty good in comparison to my first truck I bought at 15 years old...It was a canary yellow 1975 Ford Courier with a blown head gasket. I paid $300 for it, hooked up a come-a-long in my tree in the back yard, pushed the truck to the tree and started wrenching...I remember the feeling of relief and appreciation when I finally got the motor out by myself....rebuilt it myself, and 2 weeks later reinstalled it the same way. Ran it for about 6 months and sold it for $500.00 And bought a 1986 Ford Ranger V6 for $1500.00
That whole scenario taught me alot in my life, and I TRY not to spoil my girls...but girls are different when it comes to stuff like cars...it's not to many of them that are into or have the ability to wrench on cars.

I was glad to have someone give me a car at 15 that was inpounded, I paid to get it out had it towed and got it running by the time I got my licence. All with my earned $.
My son turns 16 on the 8th no car in the driveway for him.
The youth of today need to learn respect and the value of things earned not given.
I will now step down from the soap box.
    Thank You.

Sad little fag. What, did he expect them to give him the Chally in the garage?? Or that Hummer?? He can deal with that shitty truck, get a job, get some real friends that wouldn't make fun of him, and learn the value of a dollar.......

My first car was an 87 IROC Camaro that I paid 3 grand for ... it was about 7 different colors ... BUT ... it did have a 305 tuned port injected motor with 60k on it at the time. I wish I still had it!

V8 FTMFW ....I would have loved to have that at 15-18...and it wasn't seven colors, it was "under construction"...I would have put that baby in the 14's! Whoo hoo!
Funny how that was considered fast back in the day.

My parents made me get rid of it cuz they got a call from the chief of police in our area ... he told them everytime I come out of a parking lot onto a main street, I would have smoke pouring out the back of it or everytime I would go around a turn, I would have the thing sideways

Spoiled little Fuck. But.....It's his parents fault. My first car was a 1975 Plymouth Valiant with a slant 6. The fuckin thing was shit brown with a Brougham top, velour seats, spoke hubs and 200k on the clock. It's a good thing I was blessed with a charming personality, good looks, and a rope or I'd a never got any Coo-Coo in High School in that thing!
