    We are putting in the Safecraft fire suppression system today and will be posting pics of the installation. Here are some pics of the kit, with polished bottle of course.

    Just fly over and have a face to face meeting with them... also you can see if they are done with your motor as well..

    Sorry to hear bout that Rubbel, I hate being given the run around. I think you should fly out and talk in person, if you could. That was one reason I went with techco because I can drive 20 mins and be at there location. Good Luck

    I heard from Andy today and feel much better knowing what is happening. I know he is doing whatever is possible and that we are so close to reaching the end. My frustration has perhaps gotten the better of me here and I agree I need to sit back and let things fall into place.

    The waiting always sucks, but I am sure the results will be well worth it. You could have had the car done in half the time with off the shelf parts...but the result wouldn't be half as nice. Congrats on a great build, I enjoy following it...and thanks for funding the R&D for the rest of us!

    We are installing some sick nitrous for rubbel so he can use it to cool the temps and for added power. We're putting in one system for an actual nitrous shot that will run through the ports on the billet 90mm throttle body (Arrington), and a second system will be hooked up to a spray bar that mists nitrous on the supercharger's cooler. Both systems are ZEX and have polished bottles, gauges and purge, and are being mounted in the trunk on billet brackets with built-in heaters (ARC). This will not only aid performance but look amazing in the trunk for car shows rubbel will be attending. Here are some pics, and more to follow ...

    It's sick looking with the 4 polished bottles in the custom leather trunk we made earlier in this build. More to follow, as always!!

    I worked with CCW to have these custom drag wheels made for rubbel's ride. We got a set of 4 ... 2 for up front with skinnies and 2 for the rear with slicks. Rubbel will be running the new 17" slicks. :)

    So you opted for 17"s on this build instead of 15"'s? More sidewall on a 15" which we need and alot of different brands of 15" slicks to choose from. He'll have to keep waiting on the 17"rs from Hoosier everytime he needs new tires.

    Trojan;
    Your right about availability of the 17" Hoosiers. I just didn't want to give up the Brembo's in the rear to run 15's. The 17" seem popular enough that a group buy thru PPP or BMC is a reasonable reality. I know HemiC was very happy with the performance of the first set. Personally I purchased two sets to start hoping to see 100 passes per set.
