    Do you think that piece can be powder coated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yes several guys have purchased them and are having them powder coated. I am waiting for pics to see how is goes. I will keep you posted.

    I think powder coating stainless would be defeating the purpose, stainless should be polished till it's a mirror, powder coating aluminum is cheaper. stainless costs so much why hide it?

    Looks good. I don't think I would want one polished though. It would be too bright for me.

    Looks Great Jay.... I like the brushed look, I think it will be easier to keep clean than the polished one that I have.

    Thanks for the compliment, this means a lot coming from you. I admire your car so much, so you were part of the reason I did it. I just could get the polished look because it would have killed me cleaning it all the time.

    It can I degrease it one a month to keep the build up off :thumb: Then I wipe it down every car wash, once a week.

    Have you thought about painting the coolant resevoir silver to match?

    Looks good Jay. Glad to see American Car Craft now makes a fire wall piece just for the SRT-8's. Back in Dec. 05 I had to modify/trim there fire wall piece for my 300SRT, from there 5.7 firewall piece. I also see ACC is now making updated under hood pieces for the LX's (esp. the SRT's). :thumb3:
