Fun time to be installing high displacement F/I!

Getting this installed and reading the f/i thread on this board makes for good reading and good timing. Kind of fun if you ask me. Eddie has done a great job in explaining to me the issues and parameters of tuning this install, including the issues explicated in the f/i thread. He's also had it pretty driveable from the start. I stumbled on to the thread last night and have to say that I was able to follow along with the home version, so to speak. Not saying I'd know a V/E table from a MAP Sensor P Ratio table on a CMR worksheet, but I am saying that Eddie's done a great job of explaining the tuning and performance constraints discussed therein as they affect my Techco-ed 426. That's customer service!:worthy: Looks like everybody is chasing the same rabbit, and from the ride in Eddie's Techco-ed charger last night, looks like he's getting pretty close with that one too.

I realize that in the current scenario, no set up is going to be as smooth as the twin screw on my E55 (actuated by two throttle bodies, purpose built and tuned from factory in Affalterbach), or most other factory f/i set ups, but I am very satisfied with my results from SHR. As for the WOTs, whooooohooooo!!!

BTW, yes, w/b a/f gauge on board, predator with egt and kpa's of pressure up and monitored, boost gauge ready for install, larger injectors scaled in and Lord please be with the starving pygmies down there in New Guinea. :stars:

Hoping to cover that new Techco with a new carbon fiber hood next week.

Looks like you got a Monster on your hands. Cool, you got the NT-05's too. I was amazed at how well they hold my car with 275's. Need some wider wheels so I can run the 315's.
Thanks for sharing and we hope you start spending more time with us here at the connection.

Thanks. Will certainly stop by more often. The tires were definitely a good pick up.
