Well now...not knowing how too drive a stick, and not wanting to is a different story.

My wife HATES manual transmissions(why she got the PT Cruiser-autostick) and every time I look at a car with a stickshift she doesn't like it. And says it's not fair if I get it, 'cause she won't be able to drive it. Aside from telling her good that's the point...I also point out, that she CAN drive a stick(if she can drive a 69 VW dunebuggy in the desert, she can sure as h3ll manage a modern day stickshift) she just chooses not too.

Oh yeah...are you guys looking at new or used? If you are looking at used cars maybe have her check out a GT Cruiser. My wife loves hers. Autostick, heated leather seats, and although it isn't quite an SRT, the power is respectable. The power window switches takes a little getting used to though.

Apparently the story goes they tried to teach her when she first got her license cause all their cars are stick and something happened and she never wants a stick car ever lol...

    so yeah,

The cruiser looks too "vanish" for her lol...she doesnt want any hatch's/vany time cars....

i started to cringe when she said Scion TC lol

ummm my theory on Scion TC's is ..

90% of them are owned by females .. 10% douchebags ..

of the 90% female owners .. 90% of them are FUCKING HOT!! .. 10% of them are fat ..

So, everyone note to self .. if driving in PA or Jersey .. slow down when driving past a Scion TC .. the odds are in your favor ..

Your girl would look good in a TC Stevo ... dew it!

The tC is a pretty good car, rides nice, rear seats recline, good factory sound system, sun roof and moon roof, if you take apart the dash there are Lexus spams on various parts so its good quality, they corner pretty nice, left foot brake in the automatic is awesome you still have good control of the rear in a slide. very strong ebrake. almost effortless to spin it around when using, Manual has good responce while the automatic has some hesitation but smooth shifts. Breaking is good. the factory tires suck. the combonation of the two is tire lock up. once the factory tires are swapped out the breaking is very hard.

the Scion tC is a good car and used priced very low and yes lots of good looking women have been seen driving these. 2 of my coworkers have tC's ones very cute and the other i autocross with. so i know his car.

Sorry, can't help on this if she's interested in fords, toyotas and kyoot cars. But then I'm a size whore...

Oh and cute cars are great until you hydroplane and do multiple 360s on a busy freeway on-ramp (I've experienced this both as the driver and a passenger) or when you're suddenly the dressing in a big-rig, minivan, SUV sandwich (I've seen this multiple times). Just saying...

Grand cherokee is all I gotta say. I love mine. I can't wait to get a new one. Its perfect for running around, goes over curbs with ease, sucks up parking lot dings with the plastic side panels.

If she can find a GC at a good price I think she might want that...but it will be a toss up on a Lease of an edge vs buying a jeep
