Latest update, I saw Ron pick up his car, He did a burn out, the tires are now bald. He just called and said the tires are corded - showing cords & he on the side of the road waiting for Cam to bring him some tires..... ....LMAO P.S. Nuttin much, the Techco CAI didn't play nice with the after market hood. Nothing sheet metal sheers and a little sanding didn't fix right the hell up. And to Techco and CMW. I got to say, you guys rock! :worthy::worthy::worthy: I've been around a lot of these motors with several different combinations. I am very impressed. That motor is smooth as glass. Power is instant and linear across the board. She'll set you back in the seat right the F now, that or blow the tires off through third........BAHAHAHA!!. As Ron said earlier, it's a mild tune. But that car runs really really nice. Absolutely one of the best running cars I riden in or heard. And there's a lot left on the table after the motor is broke in. Great job guys!
aftermarket hood????? could have sworn ron still had the original srt hood on his car??? glad to hear it is running smooth!!! coming from you cam, that is a ringing endorsement for sure!!! i bet ron is smiling ear to ear!!!
Just got off the phone with Ron a few minutes ago.... He is about 5 hours from home!! (keeping fingers crossed!) Soon, the elusive 1bad4dr will be back where she belongs!!!! :grin:
I'm kind of thinking he's likely to be driving it most of the weekend... You'll at least get a drive by with some rubber for a reminder.
He is planning on going to the Saturday breakfast meet.... If I can wake him up before I leave for work. He also told me last night that we would probably go out Saturday night.... No matter what I do, I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be able to keep him home!!! :crying:
