Maddy Pic Thread - Vol 3 (1 year old and growing!)

So its been another six months and today (April 4th) marks a YEAR!! Time for more pics!

So we had a smallish party with the family today.




















For reference, a year ago she was delivered via emergency c-section and weighed 2 lbs 10 oz.

Her favorite part of her birthday yesterday? Well aside from all the adoring grandparent types and oohs and aahs, the Hello Kitty bag, not what came in it, just the bag. :maddy:






And her next check-up is tomorrow and I'm asking about that blistery thing on her arm.

 

Today was her 12 month appointment. The rash thing on her arm is some kinda minor skin infection that we're treating with antibiotic ointment. She now weighs 22 lbs 5 oz and is 31 inches TALL! So finally over double her birth length and working on ten times her birth weight. Woohoo!! Over all, about the average size of a 16 month old and looking good with no signs of her preemieness!! :dance4:

 

Us parents are knocked on our butts with allergies/colds or something. So no Easter Pics..I do have a video for you though...

Holy cow...it's been a year already??!!?!?!?

Time flies.

She looks gorgeous, Tam.

 

Yeah, its been a hell of a year. A year ago today, I drove Marc home from the hospital after his emergency appendectomy the night before. May 9th will be a year since we got to bring Madeline home.

And yes, its really trippy how much she's grown and changed in just a year.
