Wednesday night bracket racing at Infineon dragway.

I do my burnout and hit limp mode. I busted a halfshaft a couple weeks earlier and worried about that. I restart just fine and start to stage.

As the car next to me lights up his first staging light he decides its time to go. I'm like WTF? He takes off and the staging lights are all jacked up. I have to back up and restage.

I finally launch by myself and have a pretty good first run, 12.11@113 w/ 1.78 60'. There is a 20 MPH headwind and as I hit the traps my bellypan flys off from underneath the car. Dammit!!!

I had taken out a bit of plastic ductwork in the bumper so I could get more air to my RDP and I guess 113 MPH plus the headwind built up enough pressure inside the bumper to blow off the belly pan.

The rest of my day wasn't too bad.

Get air to your RDP? What do you have from RDP? Did I miss something? haha

Not too bad of a run though.

    Congrats.

    Good luck bro!

I had to do a quick mental inventory of all the things that might fly off my car. Luckily it just blew off and didn't get stuck in a wheel well or anything like that.
