    Awesome run Dan. Congrats.

So, what did Chris get to become the record holder?

He ran a 10.33. Here is the slip with me in the other lane getting my ass handed to me, lol. Ignore the stupid N/A slip :)

Nice run. It starts getting harder now.

What shot are you running Dan? When does the N2O hit? And you know the last one, what was the DA? LOL

Dude, I threw all kinds of variations of my two stage setup at the car. Just stuck there without beefing up the transmission. I had to back off the spray earlier via the controller or my shifts would get worse and worse. Once I finally found the sweet spot, 6000rpm cutoff for both stages, I kept adding more spray in an attempt to get low. I imagine if I upgraded to 6 AN lines and ran separate bottles for each stage, I might squeeze a little out of it, but really, just leaving way too much on the table having to keep that far away from the shift points.

If I could run full power through the shifts like HemiC does, we could see some good crap. Oh well, Im satisfied for now :)

    DA was -1400 at 10am and -400 at 4pm.

Here is the kicker on that DA crap. My ET's from first thing in the morning to late in the day were practically identical. It baffles me to be honest. I figured my N/A runs would slow down late in the day. Not the case, within 2 hundredths. We are talkin 1000 feet worth of DA difference and only a .02 difference in ET on motor. I would expect that from the nitrous runs, not as much DA involved there, but the motor runs didnt change much either if at all. Food for thought anyway :)

Here you go, much later in the day. Told you about the 10.81 pass but here is a NA run made in my car by USCGCharger. He is probably 100 lbs lighter than me, pretty much explains the quicker ET. But I do have other slips from late in the day that are pretty much the same as my NA personal best of 11.62 from 11am. That slip is the first one I posted above.

Ya, I tweaked the tune early on. But was done with that by 11am no doubt. Didnt touch it again for the rest of the day. All the rest of my tweaking was on the nitrous system.

I just expected more of a difference I guess. We were all commenting how the air didnt feel that great in the afternoon. I was very suprised you told me it was -400 at 4pm.

The tranny is still healthy, shifts nice and firm. I tested it pretty well on the way home last night ;)

The car just isnt going to go any quicker on the stock tranny even with the upgraded solenoids. It is what it is.

    Thanks guys, lots of fun.

Looking to do another rental late fall, october/november. Im working on a date now.

It is humbling though when you are running a 10 second pass and nut a 60 to only see the other guy "fly by you" like you were sitting still, lol. That was the feeling I had when HemiC/Chris blew my doors off on his record breaking pass.

Here is his slip. Im the slow car, #14 on the right time slip.

Yes it was Rob, great day. Thanks for all the video stuff you have done, cant wait to see what you have in store :)

And yes, I beat the holy hell out of my PPP/ERL 426 and it took it like nobodys business. This motor impresses me more and more everytime I run it.

Congrats on the new best Dan, I bet there is more left in it tweaking that fancy progressive controller you have. Incredible how you are getting the tranny to live under those conditions.

Our race has to be the fastest LX vs LX run to date. 10 sec LX's don't exactly grow on trees :)

It was awesome racing with you man.
