These cars are amazing. I'm still on cloud 9 right now. Well yesterday was my 30th birthday and the wife asked me what I wanna do and I said you know I wanna go to the race track. I need to get my record back. Its been 2 weeks since they had it and thats long enough. I knew the car had it in her 2 weeks ago when it went 11.8? with a 1.93 60ft. So i just needed to take her out when Sacramento track was prep. you can always tell when your car is going to go faster by your first pass and my first pass was was an 11.67@112 so you guys are wondering why so low 112mph thats it . Well you guys have to understand that this is the wife's car now and I only get to take it to the track now and then and she likes to keep alot of gas in the car and they can't read your mind and know when your going to the track. So it is what it is I try to mix a couple of gallons of 100 to help it out but with the temp and the 91 mix it still wasn't enough and timing got pulled back way back 20*. I was still able to beat my best with the first pass so I was happy. So I go a couple more times 11.66@113 11.65@113. So my tune is kicking ass Thanks Keith at FORCE FED PERFORCANCE and RON Norcal SRT8 for making that happen but I have to go in the tune and pull 1* out because the mix is not close to 100. The car loves it and goes 11.62@116 with a 1.73 60ft . So I'm pumped now the car is capable of going 11.4? if I can get her to hook and this is with pump gas mix and full weight weight. The only thing is time is running out I wanted to get the record back full weight with +DA so people don't have to make any correction on my time. So I called Josh at HHP and Cam and tell them what was going on and they're like you need ditch some weight... F#$% it. So I go a couple more times more 11.6s and the temp is getting hotter and my mph is going back down because I need to pull 1* more out for the temp. I reach over and grab my predator and its super hot beacause I left it on the pass seat pluged in and the screen is blank . It went into a safety mode and shut down I can't make any adjustments. So I said F#$% it I'm going to ditch the pass seat that should do it. Track closes at 4 and I'm in the lane ready to go and its 4:01 . I took off conservative because I didn't want to waste a pass and the car goes 11.60 @114 with a 1.69 60ft. **** I can't go home tied . So while I'm driving back on the return lane I had my boy talk to the track manager to see if I can get 1 more pass and he said yes. I hot lapped it back around Its all or nothing I need to get out hard or go home. So I stalled at 2000 and she hooked 11.54 @113 with a 1.63 60ft . Well you guys know that feeling that yeah I did it feeling and its a day later and I still feel it. So this car has more in it . I need to go staight 100 and dialed in the tune according to the weather and she should go 11.4? My goal now is to be the first N/A 6.1 stock block Full Interior to need a Roll Cage. I just want to Thank Josh at HHP for everything and I still believe that the stage HHP stage 2 is the best package out there better than a stroker motor so you watch out I'm coming for you.
