We are hiring at BMC Performance! Things have taken off since we began offering full-time installation here at the shop, and we need some help in our shop. I figured the best place to start is here, with our friends and customers, so if you or someone you know is looking for work in a high performance Mopar shop, please keep reading. :)

    What we do:
Our shop performs installation of high performance parts including headers and exhaust, gears and axles, clutches, transmission, all suspension components, superchargers, nitrous, turbos, as well as cold air intakes, and some dress-up products. In addition, we install short blocks, long block, crate motors, motor swaps and do complete race car and high performance street car builds.

    Requirements:
    - Must think performance! We are not looking for a tech to simply R&R parts. We need someone who understands performance, and that aftermarket parts need modification many times in order to work with the rest of the components.

    - Must have a good attitude, willingness to learn! There is room to learn for everyone, so the right candidate will be able to stay positive and think clearly during the crunch to finish a build, remain open to feedback and share his/her knowledge with the rest of the team.

    - Must be clean, neat and organized! We may not be as large or as funded as a NASCAR shop, but the work area needs to be treated as if we are. The day doesn't end until the shop is tidied up, tools put away, fluids properly disposed of, spills cleaned, etc.

    Compensation:
This position will begin as commission (per hour), with the potential to become a full-time salaried employee. We currently have enough work to fill at least 3 days a week.

If you or anyone you know is interested in this position, please email a resume, along with a few paragraphs on why you are the right person for this position, including how you meet the above requirements. Email: [email protected] and be sure to include your contact information and related previous work experience, as well as any certifications.

    Thanks,
    Lisa.
