Yup I agree coming out with another CF intake is one thing especially if its own design.The Idea of CAIs has been around well forever but an EXACT copy is just plain wrong..

Some people care about the $100.00....doesnt matter if the inside is smooth or not, doesn't matter if there arent the same horsepower gain...just matters that it looks good from the outside.... some of us care about the better construction and the gains and think dropping another is Benjamin is worth it.... People will copy you regardless. It happens in every industry, yes it sucks but it happens. Chris I am betting you make a shitload of a better product than this guy, just show it and your done. Kind of reminds me of the owner of Spanx, she came out with an awesome product than companies started copying her. She didn't fight them, she just continued innovating and kicking ass and she is still the best. Not to mention she is hot too.
Copy is one thing, but to make it IDENTICAL (down to the placement of the metal tag) is another. Good god, at least make a few minor changes to the design. haha
