Polished Techco strut bar on MSRT8

I want start by thanking Carlos @ Techco and Jay "SilvaSurfer" for hookin' me up with a very nice piece for my '06 MSRT8. I couldn't wait to get this thing installed and tackled it first thing this morning. I just installed my flat black powder coated ACC stainless firewall cover (originally brushed finish) that i bought from SilvaSurfer - so i wanted to keep it on and had to modify it with my handy dandy Dremel tool so the brackets for the strut bar would bolt right in. This is one of 5 items on my list before i put in my order for the Twin Screw SuperCharger

Thanks guys! Its a dialy driver:130+ miles per day - currently 54K miles on the odometer. My goal is to keep it a simple sleeper without all the chrome, but ready for anything at the track or at the next traffic light. J/K!

I got the '06 MSRT a week before the '08 Spring Fest. My wife drives the SXT now.

 

absolutely love the engine bay .. what is that a firewall cover??? if so is it just painted like flat black???
